About Justin
Born and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland, I proudly grew up in a unique community that shapes my identity today. In my backyard lies the famed B&O railroad, the domestic birthplace of commercial expansion and a symbol of exploration. My home state is described as “America in Miniature” — with mountains, cities, beaches, and our nation’s capitol all within a short drive. These ideals inspired my family to take countless cross-country road trips, and I can proudly say that I have seen the cultural and geographic diversity of all 50 states with my own eyes.
After working professionally across the East Coast for 7 years, I recently moved to Denver, Colorado to pursue my passions for entrepreneurship and exploration, instilled by various personal and professional experiences. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family that experienced the real effects of economic cycles, I now firmly believe that Main Street investments underpin the core fabric of our shared future. By pursuing entrepreneurship through acquisition, I now seek to lead a Main Street business that supports the foundations of our great Mountain West communities.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Before launching Snow Raven Capital, I was a Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager @ Indeed.com — a cross-functional leadership role across unique avenues of the business, with the common goal of converting simple ideas into the built environment. Our work supported Indeed’s core mission of helping people get jobs across a substantial base of small to medium-sized business customers. Inspired by this mission, I am eager to support these same Main Street jobs in my operational journey post-acquisition.
Prior to Indeed, I spent 2 years as a Proprietary Equity Trader @ Trillium Management — an experience that sharpened my ability to assess business risk & reward frameworks.
Most importantly, I grew up as a multi-sport athlete who understands the value of teamwork and adversity. I’m an avid Baltimore Ravens & Utah Jazz fan — two small market teams that embody the underdog mentality that I largely resonate with today. Through my appreciation for merit-based sporting outcomes, I have built an identity rooted in competitive integrity and fulfillment that I hope to integrate into every business decision I make. Other activities I enjoy outside of work include skiing, poker, board games, film & media, Formula 1 cars, golf, and exploring new places.
